Love and light creates enlightenment
Darkness is the bardo, the not knowing, the groundlessness. WIth fear it is heavy and constricted. With light it is flowing.
Darkness is time for reflection; for inner listening, to feel the light from within.
Relying on external forces in darkness brings fear. Relying on inner wisdom in darkness brings light.

All past, present and future flow together into now. Each date, time, event, moment is placed on the map of now.
Alignment brings us to now. It gives us flow. It makes us light.
Lightness stays in balance with breath and grounding.

the Wind shifts
the wind shifts from Dark to light; light to heavy. We do not need to become the heaviness of the wind. We can remain light - go with the wind.
We sail down wind with effortlessness. We sail upwind with challenge, craft and tenacity.

With dark we need light.
With light we need dark (without fear)
The shifting of weight from strong to light and light to strong helps build momentum. It exchanges electromagnetic fields.
The energy is first very thick, like mud, confused, complicated, seaming backwards.
Mercury in Retrograde, then, gradually, with slow movement, step-by-step, it builds. It maintains control with breath, with give and take, back and forth.
Continuous momentum goes out-of-control, obsessed, fragmented, short-circuited, erupted, impulsive.
The breath, the give and take is the love. It is the ability to shift from each side of the opposite in a dance until there is a groove. The groove is the universal life force. It is the rhythm of life.
